Join Renew US for a Resume Revision and Interview Prep Workshop. We’ll break down what your resume needs so it’s more than a list of job descriptions, how to customize for the job you’re applying for, and pull out your accomplishments and achievements. Then we’ll dig into interview prep and skills, practicing questions like “tell me about yourself” and “what do you bring to this position” in a clear, concise, and confident manner. Bring your current resume and be prepared to practice with partners and small groups.
About Renew: Renew US integrates deep organizing, policy advocacy, and electoral politics to achieve immediate state-level policy victories and long-term, sustained political transformation. In 2020, we built a strong foundation and a powerful multi-racial coalition of over 150 grassroots organizations. In 2021, we launched our first training program, successfully recruiting over 100 participants that will go on to work for progressive causes across the country. This new model is designed to build lasting power and scale on the timeframe needed to meet the social and environmental crises we face.
