Hi everyone,
Has anyone else interviewed with a progressive or Democratic organization, then gotten ghosted by them? This is not behavior I would expect from our side of the table, since we champion workers’ rights. As an HR/Ops professional, I believe that once you’ve interviewed someone, you’ve created a relationship with them. At the very least, an organization should send a rejection email if they are not going to hire an interviewee. This has happened to me multiple times this year now, most recently with a state Democratic Party.

This happens all too often. I was interviewed not once but a second round for The Outreach Team and did not receive any response. I emailed just to get an update and still received nothing in return.
