      Utah Democratic Party Deputy Director/Political Director (04/2020-present)

      • Fulfilled the responsibilities of organizing director; including advocating for and hiring a team of field organizers, managing organizers, determining which districts to target, and tracking data across various campaigns
      • Oversaw a 185% increase in direct voter contact attempts; from an average of 77,000 in 2016 to 2.2 million in 2020
      • Managed 3 regional field organizers who worked with 9 state legislative candidates across 4 counties, in an effort to flip seats at the state level; both organizers and campaigns regularly exceeded weekly and monthly goals
      • Established and maintained relationships with elected officials and community leaders to increase and maintain support for the Utah Democratic Party

      Pete for America Regional Organizing Director (07/2019-03/2020)

      • Managed a team of 5-9 organizers, including 2 field offices, across 12 counties that encompassed both rural and suburban turf in upstate South Carolina; oversaw organizing program within region that grew to include 1300 volunteers, 38 leaders, and 20 interns 
      • Trained and coached organizers to be self sufficient in meeting weekly goals, scale teams and voter contact; becoming the highest performing region in the state and the highest performing region among the four early states during Phase I and II 
      • Improved efficiency through creating and conducting weekly trainings for the region, and shared training documents among other regions in the state
      • Oversaw robust outreach plan that culminated in 800 events and conversations within region over 2 months

      Virginia Democratic Party, Field Organizer (06/2018-11/2018)

      • Organized five counties and localities in rural Southwest Virginia, increasing voter turnout by an average of 70 percent
      • Managed and trained 200+ volunteers, identified leaders in every county and established autonomous and self-reliant teams that met voter contact goals
      • Exceeded daily and weekly goals in direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment on a regular basis

      • Managed field operations in satellite office; ensuring that daily and weekly goals were met, and managing team of interns

      • Initiated volunteer program within the campaign structure; increasing volunteer recruitment by more than 2000 percent and retained 58 percent of all volunteers
      • Improved democratic turnout by 1-6 percent, and won Grand County in a heavily Republican district through direct voter contact

      Iowa Democratic Party, Field Organizer (07/2016-11/2016)

      • Won Black Hawk County for Hillary Clinton by 4,757 votes, one of the six counties won in Iowa, through direct voter contact
      • Recruited , trained, and managed 50+ volunteers to participate in direct voter contact within suburban and rural communities; identifying leaders and empowering them to take on active roles in the process
      •  Coordinated and staffed various surrogate events, including an 800-person rally with President Bill Clinton, with the purpose of engaging volunteers and turning out the vote

      The White House, Office of Presidential Correspondence, Intern (05/2015-08/2015)

      • Acted as a liaison between the President and the American people, analyzing appropriate responses 200+  letters a day
      • Oversaw selected responses to ensure quality
      • Assisted in selecting a sample of letters for the President to be read, as part of the 10 he read nightly
      • Liaised between several departments to coordinate the best response for a constituent
