Built, managed, and implemented the field program for a top-tier Red-to-Blue congressional campaign.

With no pre-existing infrastructure, the field program recruited over 800 volunteers, conducted over 1.2 million voter outreach attempts, and was a primary contributor to turning Kent County, Michigan blue for the first time in over 50 years.

Helped manage and staff the candidate.

Briefed consultants, other senior staff, and stakeholders on various dynamics of the race including voter outreach, absentee ballots, and voter protection.

Built and implemented a field and political organizing plan for the purposes of flipping Michigan 6.

Collaborated with local unions, activists, grassroots organizers, and county parties.

Conducted numerous trainings focused on voter outreach, organizing best practices, and programmatic development.

Worked with in-district and state parties, along with congressional campaign staff, to implement a district-wide field plan and down ballot candidate recruitment program

Directly managed candidate with regard to fundraising, scheduling, and stakeholder outreach.

Helped to raise over 100,000 dollars pre-primary, a record for Dem challengers
