Recently, we launched our latest venture, the (GAIN) Power to the People Podcast, exclusively on Substack.

This podcast (GAIN) Power To The People is on Substack centered around interviewing Progressive employers & industry leaders about their workplaces and available positions as well as offering valuable career advice for job seekers in informal 30-minute or less audio-only conversations.

We created this platform as a way to have intentional conversations with the employers who post jobs on our site so job seekers can get a better feel for things like company culture, job benefits, and employer expectations.
