Bio | Passionate social reform advocate with strengths for guiding people to be in action with their mission. Energetic, outgoing, detail oriented, relationship builder specializing in trust building. Experience as a business owner capable of stepping into the shoes of an audience and marketing to them accordingly. Known as a collaborator in growing organizations when given tools and roles to engage people. Most known for providing conscientious suggestions which maintain integrity with organizational values. |
Impact | As part of my work with voter advocacy, I created teams of people in a faith community across the state to work on phone banking, text banking to get folks registered to vote and walk them through our complicated vote by mail process. Our partners did trainings and I brought phone bankers. We reached over 500,000 voters through phone and text over 6 weeks. In the span of 3 weeks, I brought together 100 people in a small, edge of suburbia, mostly red/republican town in Ohio to walk around town with campaign signs…in a pandemic. A statewide campaign was proposed and I ran with it to organize locally. Usually, those of us in this town would go into the city of Dayton to participate in events like this, but we wanted to make a statement statewide that suburban folks support Dems. I am part of a Facebook group of people opposed to Trump and his kind in our town. I leaned in, created a small work group and we made it happen. |
Mission | In a dream world, I would play a support role on a dynamic team that is doing great digital campaigns or creative work with organizations. An Associate level position where I can use all my skills of training activists, sending out emails, putting together toolkits, tracking metrics in CRM’s and posting on social media.  I want to be the person who holds the details for the creatives while they go do amazing work with clients and/or in the field. |
