At its core, my professional career has always been about motivating people to act.  Whether I’m asking someone to attend a rally, open an email, click a link, answer a text, or donate money, it’s about getting people to do something that they would not have otherwise done, if not for a well-crafted nudge in that direction.  At DSPolitical, I managed the creative trafficking and reporting for over 300 digital campaigns, while also creating audience targeting lists and monitoring real-time performance for optimizations.  Before that, I led field teams for campaigns around the country, including for NextGen America, driving youth turnout through data-driven organizing using CRMs like NGP VAN, EveryAction, Salesforce, and Tableau.
