Bio |
I became involved in progressive politics while living in the state of Texas. As an intersex Texan, I testified in the state house of representatives and worked with Equality Texas and the Texas ACLU to oppose anti-trans, anti-gay, and anti-intersex legislation being pushed through the 88th legislature. I am continue to push for increased intersex rights elsewhere, most notably working with InterACT and the NYC Callen-Lorde LGBT+ system to help provide intersex-specific healthcare options at their clinics.

Mission |
I am currently working on national drug reform advocacy with regards to psychedelic substances. As the National Psychedelics Reform Group, we believe that the current model by which these substances are treated in a medical context to be severely lacking, and hope to increase the likelihood that patients have access to life-saving medicines for mental health. Furthermore, these medicines should be safe, legal, and rare.
