About Us
As an advocate and activist, Paige is passionate about using her communications skills to help advance Democratic politicians and policy. Paige has directed communications for political candidates and worked at a grassroots level to change policies and help get candidates elected into office.
For the 2023 NJ election cycle, Paige served Communications Director for Marino, Graner, and Weber for LD21 and Jonathan Sackett for Morris County Commissioner. In LD21, her state assembly candidates ran a strong race against popular moderate incumbents, narrowing the margin despite a 2.5% redistricting gain for Republicans, resulting in a 3.5% net increase for the Democrats. In Morris County, her digital campaign and messaging helped narrow the previous year’s margin by 2.3% in a heavily red-leaning county.
For the 2022 midterm cycle, Paige brought her communications and organizing skills to Red, Wine, and Blue which uses relational organizing to empower suburban women and increase turnout for Democratic candidates. She focused on specific regions of the Philadelphia collar counties where the vote for all candidates increased by significant margins, playing a key role in flipping a U.S. Senate seat and flipping the PA House of Representatives.
From 2021-2022, Paige served as Communications Director for Deja Alvarez, who made national headlines for her run to become the first trans state representative in Pennsylvania and the first Latina trans state representative in the nation. In a competitive four-way race, Deja secured national endorsements from EMILY’s List, LGBTQ Victory Fund, Latino Victory Fund, Represent PA, and various unions, and was featured in national media including The Hill, The Advocate, NBC, and Good Morning America.
In 2020, Paige served as Communications Director for Margie Brown, the Democratic candidate in one of the most Republican-leaning Senate districts in Pennsylvania. The campaign gained 5,000 votes over the district’s last Democratic candidate and decreased the margin in an area with energized support for the Republican candidates in a Trump election year.
Paige serves on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee Jewish Caucus and is a member of the Haddon Township Democratic Club. She is the co-founder of SWEEP NJ, a grassroots group using relational organizing for community advocacy and voter turnout, where she also leads the Camden County membership.
