All hotels require a photo ID and credit card upon arrival. A daily hold will be placed on your card to cover incidentals. If there are no additional charges to your room, the funds will be reversed after check-out.

For those using public transportation, we encourage you to load at least $10 on your Metrocard to get you started. Cards can be purchased at most metro stations, CVS, and Walgreens.

You must be vaccinated with at least two doses of Moderna or Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccines, or at least one dose of Johnson and Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine, with the last dose occurring before May 25th, 2022, and will supply verification of this AND a negative COVID test within 48 hours of the event through VOW Digital Health platform.

If you test positive, are feeling sick and/or believe you were in close contact with a COVID exposure, you will stay home and let us know so we can recoup expenses. Please review symptoms and travel guidelines issued by the CDC.

Travel to the Navy Yard
Union Station
Taxi or Shared Ride Service: 10 – 24 mins
Metro: 32 mins
Walk across Union Station and take the elevator down to the Union Station Metro. Once you purchase a Metrocard, take the Red Line towards Shady Grove for 2 stops. Get off at Gallery Place-Chinatown. Order a shared ride service for a 10-20 min ride to the hotel. OR Go to the lower level platform to take the Green Line towards Branch Ave for 4 stops. Get off at Navy Yard-Ballpark.
Reagan National Airport (DCA):
Taxi or Shared Ride Service: 12 – 26 mins
Metro: 36 mins
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Metro Station is located across from Terminal 2. Once you purchase a Metrocard, take the Yellow Line towards Greenbelt for 8 stops. Get off at Shaw-Howard University to transfer to the Green Line towards Branch Ave for 6 stops. Get off at Navy Yard-Ballpark.
Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI)
Taxi or Shared Ride Service: 45 – 75 mins
MARC: 1 hr. 41 min
The free airport shuttle service is located at Zone 2 (Off-Site Parking & Pick-Up Zone).
Take the BWI Shuttle to the BWI MARC Station (12 min). Use the MARC ticket provided to take the next MARC train to Washington. Ride for 4 stops and get off at Washington Union Station (38 mins). Order a shared ride service for a 10-20 min ride to the hotel OR Walk across Union Station and take the elevator down to the Union Station Metro. Once you purchase a metrocard, take the Red Line towards Shady Grove for 2 stops. Get off at Gallery Place-Chinatown. Go to the lower level to take the Green Line towards Branch Ave for 4 stops. Get off at Navy Yard-Ballpark.
Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Taxi or Shared Ride Service: 40 mins – 1 hr 10 mins
Metro: 1 hour 20 mins
You can book a roundtrip seat with an airport shuttle service of your choosing for those who do not have a metro card.
OR
If you have a metro card, go to the bus stop located near the Dulles Airport Main Terminal and Arrival Door. Take the 5A Bus towards L’Enfant Plaza for 4 stops (57 min). Get off at D St SW & 7th St SW. You can take a shared ride service for a 6-14 minute ride to the hotel OR head east on D St for 2 mins to enter the L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station. Once you take the elevator and pay the fare, follow signs for OR BL SV ALL Trains. Take the Green Line towards Branch Ave for 2 stops (4-24 mins depending on arrival. Train may arrive every 20 mins due to delays). Get off at Navy Yard-Ballpark
