We’ll break it down into manageable pieces: from setting goals, the ask, what happens with a no, follow up, and more. Come ready to learn with fellow movement folks – prior fundraising experience is not necessary. If you have a fundraising ask or campaign that you are currently working on, feel free to bring ideas and goals to the workshop!
About Renew: Renew US integrates deep organizing, policy advocacy, and electoral politics to achieve immediate state-level policy victories and long-term, sustained political transformation. In 2020, we built a strong foundation and a powerful multi-racial coalition of over 150 grassroots organizations. In 2021, we launched our first training program, successfully recruiting over 100 participants that will go on to work for progressive causes across the country. This new model is designed to build lasting power and scale on the timeframe needed to meet the social and environmental crises we face.
