Sasha Bennett is a dedicated and innovative professional speaker, coach, and consultant with over ten years of experience in Education, Nonprofits, Politics, and Government. 

As a young trans person, Sasha’s journey was marked by resilience and determination. She fought to be seen in a state that actively fought against her. Starting at her school’s Gender and Sexuality Alliance, Sasha helped build movements in her hometown that encouraged and trained LGBTQ people to stand up for themselves and move to make their communities more equitable.
Sasha started volunteering for local political campaigns at fourteen and moved up in two years to be the youngest “Lead Youth Advocate” in the state capitol. Continuing her political career, Sasha worked with local nonprofits and business leaders to create more pathways for LGBTQ people to succeed and advocate for themselves in their chosen career paths. Sasha led many focus groups and community boards that helped advise local business leaders, including bringing Missouri-based Fortune 500 Companies to help sponsor local events.

In 2023, Sasha founded Forward Thinking World Solutions. Sasha helps companies, nonprofits, campaigns, and other organizations achieve their goals through this boutique consulting firm by implementing innovative strategies for a more diverse and equitable world. Sasha brings her personal experience and vast knowledge of advocacy to help companies, nonprofits, campaigns, and other organizations achieve their goals by implementing innovative strategies moving toward a more diverse and equitable world.
