| Tagline | Dual Master's graduate specializing in voter mobilization, community engagement, and data-driven organizing |
| Bio | I got involved in progressive politics as a Finance Intern and Field Organizer (Fellow) for Gov. Katie Hobbs’ gubernatorial campaign in 2021. What drew me in was seeing how data-driven organizing could make a real difference in people’s lives. Since then, I’ve worked across campaigns, state government, and political technology, always focused on building power through strategic community engagement and evidence-based approaches to voter mobilization. |
| Impact | During the 2022 cycle, I helped flip key statewide offices in Arizona by recruiting and managing over 400 volunteers across phone banking, text banking, and door-to-door canvassing operations. During the conclusion of the cycle, I also helped to facilitate specialized ballot-cure phone banks that assisted hundreds of voters in meeting critical deadlines. Beyond campaigns, I’ve supported Democratic and progressive organizations through political technology platforms and led community engagement strategies that built partnerships across faith, business, education, and healthcare sectors. |
| Mission | I aim to leverage my experience in organizing and postgraduate academic background to support campaigns and organizations in making informed, strategic decisions. My goal is to bridge the gap between academic research on political psychology and real-world organizing practices. In the long term, I’m passionate about building sustainable infrastructure and developing innovative approaches to voter engagement that can scale across diverse communities and contexts. |
