Hello all, I was wondering how would you convince a person to run for politics. There is a special election in Marion County, Florida and there is no Democrat running and I was wondering how would so go upon fix that.

Looking for any groups that deal with amendments and signature gathering. Looking to help past an amendment that makes Marijuana legal in the state of Florida. Any advice or help will be necessary.
