Served as in-person Staging Location Director, where I managed 5 other organizers, oversaw health protocols, and executed an in-person operation of 1,412 scheduled canvass shifts
Activated 104 volunteers, engaged 277 unique volunteers, and recruited a total of 3,768 direct voter contact shifts, including 672 GOTV weekend volunteer shifts, across 3 lean/strong Trump suburban communities, meeting or exceeding goals weekly
Managed, empowered, and trained a team of 7 volunteer leaders and 2 fellows to run phonebank trainings, recruit and confirm shifts, and provide tech support to other volunteers
Encouraged volunteer buy-in by hosting >100 virtual events region-wide, including community coffee chats, issue-based roundtables, volunteer-led watch parties, and strategy sessions; recruited 1,053 non-action attendee shifts in turf
