While working as a cart attendant at ShopRite, I encountered a situation where a customer was extremely upset after a wheel fell off her cart. Initially irate and threatening to stop shopping with us, she was visibly frustrated. However, my coworkers and I promptly assisted her by carefully packing her groceries into her car. Our willingness to help not only resolved the immediate issue but also changed her demeanor. She ultimately calmed down, expressed her gratitude, and apologized for her earlier frustration.
