| Bio | Achieving and maintaining rights for women has been a long-term passion of mine, and I’ve supported and volunteered with progressive political organizations for over 25 years. I began a coaching and consulting business in 2020 to empower people to discover and live their values – at work and beyond – and to create engaging, equitable, inclusive work cultures through thoughtful, intentional leadership. I currently serve as the People Operations Director for Sojourn Strategies. |
| Impact | My impact has varied from leading the pro-choice group on my college campus to rallying for progressive candidates and supporting organizations that are on the ground in the work. Currently I work with Sojourn Strategies, a Black woman owned social impact consulting firm that brings a people-centered approach to advocacy campaigns, race, gender & political research, and donor advising with clients who fight for equity, rights and justice. |
