The Pennsylvania Democratic Party | Luzerne County, PA | Field Organizer June 2020 – November 2020– Improved voter turnout for Democrats by 23.4% from 2016 in Luzerne County, narrowing the vote margin by 6%.
– Recruited, trained, and managed a coalition of 509 volunteers, including 96 active volunteers and eight volunteer leaders, who made 198,898 calls, sent 85,731 texts, and knocked 5,769 doors across Luzerne County.
– Cultivated the largest active volunteer team in Northeast PA and the top 20 out of 219 teams across PA through hosting weekly virtual team meetings, launching daily dialer shifts, and empowering volunteer leaders to onboard new members.
