Progressive Profile
| Tagline | Empowering progressive movements through data, technology, and strategy. |
| Bio | With a BS in Political Science and a career foundation in Democratic organizing, I have combined academic grounding with decades of professional and volunteer experience in progressive politics. After early work as Director of Operations for the Monroe County Democratic Committee, I spent two decades developing deep technical expertise in data systems, software, and process improvement. Throughout that time, I continued volunteering on local and national campaigns, staying engaged in grassroots politics and supporting progressive candidates and causes. Since 2020, I have expanded that commitment into formal roles—most recently as Field Director for the Committee to Elect Malik Evans, where I led voter targeting, volunteer recruitment, and large-scale phone and texting programs. I also had an excellent opportunity to work as a Data Solutions Specialist with Stac Labs Data, where I streamlined SQL processes, resolved pipeline conflicts, and audited voter and donor records to strengthen progressive infrastructure. In addition to staff roles, I have contributed as a volunteer leader on presidential, Senate, and grassroots campaigns, managing teams, training volunteers, and providing rapid technical and data support.
Bringing together my degree in political science, long-standing volunteerism, and advanced technical skills in SQL, data analysis, and systems administration, I deliver data-driven solutions that empower campaigns and progressive organizations to maximize impact and advance change. |
| Impact | I have advanced progressive politics by combining technical expertise with on-the-ground organizing. As Field Director for the Committee to Elect Malik Evans, I managed outreach programs that mobilized over 200 volunteers and reached more than 60,000 voters, using SQL analysis to target high-propensity voters and maximize impact. At Stac Labs Data, I improved voter and donor pipelines by uncovering and resolving data conflicts, streamlining SQL workflows, and safeguarding thousands of absentee and early vote records that otherwise would have been lost in outreach systems. Alongside staff roles, I have held leadership positions as a volunteer on national and state campaigns, training teams, moderating voter contact programs, and ensuring smooth technical operations.
Across all of this work, I’ve strengthened progressive infrastructure by making data and technology work smarter for campaigns and causes. |
| Mission | My goal is to deepen my career at the intersection of data science and progressive politics, using advanced analytics to shape strategy and expand the reach of progressive movements. I am currently building on my SQL and systems expertise by learning Python, R, and AI applications, with the intention of moving further into data science. I aspire to leverage these tools not only to improve data quality and efficiency but also to uncover insights that can guide campaign strategy, strengthen voter engagement, and support long-term movement building. Ultimately, I want to help progressive organizations harness the full potential of data to drive smarter decisions and more impactful outcomes. |
