Political and legislative professional with over a decade of experience working to develop organizations, build coalitions, and help lead diverse teams of changemakers in and around the Midwest. My experience ranges from electoral campaigns, organized labor, and issue-based advocacy efforts, covering regions up to as large as multiple states.

| Impact |
During our first cycle of operations, Blue Phoenix Consulting was proud to elect 4/5 inaugural clients in a highly competitive municipal election cycle. Our strategy of working with our clients to create robust campaign plans focused on building coalitions of support within groups such as labor, environmentalists, and progressive advocacy organizations, grassroots fundraising, and executing our highly targets field plan contributed to record voter turnout and wins for our candidates. As Field Director for the Indiana House Democratic Caucus, it was a privilege and honor to work with a team that won 80 percent of our targeted campaigns in a tough year for Democrats up and down the ballot in our state. Our teams efforts results in 2 net pick ups in the house and only one incumbent lost in a newly gerrymandered district.
