      Phil Arballo for Congress Campaign – Fresno, CA June 2020 – Nov. 2020

      Title: Campaign Aide

      ● Served as auxiliary aide across all campaign activities, including finance, digital, and field operations
      ● Executed extensive donor research by analyzing donor history using OpenSecrets, verifying donor
      phone numbers and addresses, updating donor details into NGP, and tagging donors using source codes;
      collaborated and supported Finance Director in a campaign that raised over $5.1 million
      ● Trained 10-12 volunteers for phone banking sessions, led phone and text banking sessions; individually
      made thousands of phone calls and sent thousands of texts to increase voter turnout and support
      ● Monitored traditional and social media for rapid response efforts, sent press clips daily to campaign
      staff, partner organizations, campaign committees; tracked social media to increase campaign awareness
      ● Recorded minutes during meetings and distributed to staff to improve interdepartmental communication

      ● Oversaw all administrative duties, collaborated with multiple offices within the department, and
