Field Organizer, Maine Democratic Party                Sept. – Nov. 2020
· Recruited and managed 190 volunteers to make calls in support of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, Sara Gideon, Chellie Pingree, and down-ballot Democratic candidates.
· Directed the largest Virtual Staging Location in the state, leading a team of 383 volunteers to get out the vote for Democratic candidates up and down the ballot.
· Trained and supervised 25 interns in virtual organizing, volunteer management, and database skills.
· Contributed to a 52,000 increase in Democratic votes in Cumberland County compared to the 2014 election, boosting the Democratic vote share by 16% and flipping the county from red to blue.
Field Organizer, Ed Markey for U.S. Senate, Boston       Jan. – Sept. 2020
· Organized 112 Boston precincts in Dorchester, Mission Hill, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, South Boston and West Roxbury, helping secure 62.5% of the total vote share and winning over 80% of precincts.
· Built and managed teams including six volunteer community captains, 30 precinct captains, and 30 campaign fellows.
· Produced lasting organizing infrastructure through volunteer recruitment, training, escalation, and empowerment.
· Created and implemented solutions-oriented digital and relational organizing strategies to safely and effectively build community and reach voters during the COVID-19 pandemic.

· Persuaded and mobilized voters in rural, suburban, and college-town regions; tailored messaging to relate to the unique circumstances of each voter while staying true to the values of the candidate and the heart of the campaign.

· Persuasively provided information to voters through phone banking and canvassing; recruited, trained, and managed volunteers; completed data collection and entry into database.
· Effectively executed Get Out The Vote (GOTV) operations through volunteer coordination and 200-500 daily phone calls, 40-80 daily door knocks.
· Achieved an 11% increase in Democratic votes compared to the 2016 election to successfully elect the first Democratic State Senator of District 36 in 88 years and the first woman ever.
